How do I know which employment opportunities are available?

How do I apply?
For immediate consideration, online applications are preferred. Please click an affiliate name on the right to begin.
Our Human Resource department provides computer kiosks for you to submit an application if you do not have an available Internet connection. You may visit Human Resources Monday through Friday 7 a.m. – 5 p.m. Directions.
How can I verify that you received my application?
After you have applied for a position, an email acknowledgement will be sent to the email address you entered, provided your application has been successfully submitted and you provided a valid email address.
How can I check the status of my application?
You can check the status of your application here.
What if I forget my user name and password?
On the login page, click "Forgot User Name or Password." The screen will prompt you for your first name, last name and last four digits of your Social Security Number. If you respond correctly to the security question, your user name and password will be provided.
I have completed an application. How can I apply for another position?
You may have up to three active applications at one time. After you create your applicant login, you can apply for additional positions by finding the job posting and selecting "Click Here to Apply." Then click "Returning User" and log in. Please review your application for accuracy and make any necessary modifications. Then submit your application.
Where can I send my resume/cover letter?
Resumes and cover letters should be submitted through Memorial Health System's online employment application. You may copy your resume and cover letter into the resume section on the application or upload your resume.
If you upload your resume, review your information to ensure it has uploaded correctly.
What if I do not have an email address?
The applicant login page provides links to a few free email services. Please set up an email address if you do not already have one established.
What information is required on the application?
Our application is several pages long. Required information includes contact information, special skills and education, professional references and detailed employment history. We emphasize the thorough completion of the employment history portion. The information you provide will greatly assist in the evaluation of your suitability for the position.
How can I change my account information such as my email address?
After you create your applicant login, you can view the "My Account" tab and make any necessary changes.
How can I apply for a position that is not on the Web site?
We accept applications only for positions that are currently posted. You may sign up for Job Agent to be notified of new job openings that you may be interested in.
How can I sign up for Job Agent?
After you complete the applicant login, view the "Home" tab and then select "Set Up Job Agent Now." Select the job openings you are interested in once they are available.
My friend works for Memorial Health System and said there is an opening in her department.
Can I apply for that position?
Memorial Health System opens all positions to internal applicants first; initially those positions are marked as internal only. Any position not filled internally will then be posted for all applicants.
What if my keyword search does not find any openings?
Try a variety of terms. For example, if you are interested in a C.N.A. position, try nursing assistant or aide.
How long are jobs posted?
Positions posted in the online Career Center include available jobs only. When a position is filled, it is removed from the Web site.
