Congratulations and welcome to Memorial!
An important step in our new hire process is completion of the computer-based learning modules in KnowledgeNet. Detailed instructions are provided below. Completion of all modules is required prior to your new hire visit.
KnowledgeNet modules cover topics including fire safety, corporate compliance, workplace harassment, proper body mechanics, and infection control. Quizzes completed at the end of each module are in true/false and multiple choice format and are based on information found within the module. Quizzes are not timed and you make retake them as many times as necessary to pass.

- Open KnowledgeNet.
- Your User ID and Password are identical. Using capital letters, type the first initial of your first name, first initial of your last name, and the last four numbers of your Social Security Number. Example: John Doe 123-45-6789 has a User ID and Password of JD6789.
- Click Login.
- Click My Learning-Assigned Courses.
- Complete everything listed in this section.
- Click the course (the course name will appear twice: the first is the course material and the second is the quiz).
- Click Next to review each page of the the course material. When you have reviewed all pages, the Exit Lessons button will be green
- Exit lesson.
- You can now take the quiz. After you have answered all the questions, hit Submit. A passing score is 90%.
- You can review your answers by clicking Click Review Course Activities.
- Click My Learning to return to the CBL's that you need to finish.
The program will automatically log you out after thirty minutes of idle time. You can log back in as needed.
Please plan on this portion of our new hire process to take at least two hours to complete.
